See the most expensive homes sold in Houston in September and October

No. 11: 9 Stonegate in Hedwig Village in the Memorial Villages was listed for $3.429 million by Kerry Moore with Leigh Haney Properties. The home sold in September. 9 Stonegate in Hedwig Village was built in 2017 and is 6,859 square feet.

Out of the 10 most expensive homes that were sold in Houston in September and October, 55 percent of them are in River Oaks and 30 percent are in the Memorial Villages.

The average price of a home sold in Houston in September was $295,765. Sales of homes priced $750,000 or more in September were up 2.7 percent, according to HAR. The average price of a home sold in Houston in October was $294,500. Sales of homes priced $750,000 or more in October were up 12 percent, per HAR.
