Leigh Haney – Associate Broker

Leigh Haney started her career in real estate over 25 years ago working for a multi-million dollar top producer at a major brokerage firm.  She then received two years of extensive training from one of the best firms before joining a major title company to work as an escrow assistant.  Leigh learned the process of closing transactions first hand, and was then recruited by a competing title company and went to work in the quality assurance department.   She worked in the software development division alongside the programmers that wrote the HUD package that is being used today.   Leigh’s background in all aspects of the real estate industry and a BBA in marketing make her an ideal single point of contact for all your real estate needs.  As a business professional, she has developed a reputation for delivering sound advice, creative marketing programs, and strong negotiating skills.  She is a member of HAR, TAR, and NAR and abides by the high standards set by the code of ethics of each organization. She takes pride in building relationships with her clients while earning their trust and confidence.

When Leigh is not working with buyers and sellers to find their next dream home, you can find her with her family enjoying whatever her 3 boys are into.  This usually involves anything related to sports or outdoors. She loves playing tennis, interior decorating, and volunteering with First Junior Women’s Club to help her community and those less fortunate. Leigh is also part of the weekly delivery team for Bayou City Blessings in a Backpack that delivers approximately 500 weekend food bags to Blackshear Elementary in the Third Ward.

“I’ve had the pleasure of working with Leigh Haney on multiple real estate transactions over the years on both sides of a transaction. Because she has always taken good care of me, I have felt comfortable recommending her to friends and clients.” — Toby Whitby, CFP – Logic Capital Management LLC

“Working with Kerry as both our listing and buying agent was fabulous. She made things stress-free in what would normally be an anxious time. She was very knowledgeable, responsive and pro-active. Kerry made buying and selling our home an easy experience. We would highly recommend her to prospective buyers.” — Chris and Amy French

“It was such a pleasure working with Kerry. She was so prepared and thorough for both selling our home of 13 years and purchasing our new home. We have referred Kerry multiple times because she works diligently to make the entire process painless for her clients.” — Susan & John Ferrari

“My husband and I recently moved to Houston from out of state with our two young boys. Kerry came highly recommended and was essential to us as we navigated a very unfamiliar area. She remained extremely patient as we explored different areas and neighborhoods as we really wanted to find the right fit for our family. Kerry was prepared at every listing we looked at – bringing the relevant information on the listing and also the comps from the neighborhood. She also helped to keep our young boys entertained so that we could focus on the homes we were looking at! Ultimately, she was able to find us a house that we love which has helped settling into Houston much easier.” — Allison & Alex Goss

“Kerry rolled up her sleeves and got the deal done. We had a short window of time to prepare the house for listing. Kerry quite literally dug in with us on the practical and hot, messy work of cleaning up and preparing for showing. Kerry identified the target market, the right price and the strategic improvements needed to maximize our value and minimize our wait time and headaches.” — Alicia Goodrow
